Permits & Licenses
Beginning August 1, 2022 City Hall will be open to the public. Compliance to COVID-19 mandates has created longer permit processing times.
|City Website Portal||Intake Appointment Required|
Because each construction project is unique, we invite you to refer to our FAQ page, or contact a Permit Specialist via the Ask A Permit Specialist Form to answer your specific permitting questions. Permit Specialists can be reached at email@example.com.
Intake Appointment Requests are responded to in the order they are received. Please allow at least 5 business days for a date and time confirmation for your appointment.
Inspections: Those with active permits can schedule an inspection via the online Permit Portal.
Your project must have issued permits on-site, require workers to be six-feet apart, and have a developed exposure control, mitigation, and recovery plan. Washington State Department of Labor & Industries will enforce requirements for contractors to comply with comprehensive COVID-19 exposure control, mitigation, recovery plans and safety practices.
Passports: The passport office will remain closed until further notice.
